How to get there?
Start at National Trust Car Park: Begin your journey at the car park, situated off Sir Robert's Path Road. Make sure to not go any further down the road towards the bay as it is residential.
Follow the Road: From the car park, follow the road that leads towards the coastline (sign says no parking beyond this point). From there go onto the footpath which should be signposted. You'll be walking through scenic Devon woods down to the Bay.

Descend towards the Beach: As you continue along the footpath, you'll eventually reach a point where you'll need to descend towards the beach. The descent can be quite steep and uneven rocky ground, so be sure to wear appropriate footwear and take your time.

Navigate to Woody Bay Tidal Pool: Once on the beach directly there will be a big rock formation and behind that is your beautiful tidal pool.

Exercise Caution: The path down to the beach can be uneven and steep, so take care while descending. If you're carrying any beach gear or belongings, make sure they are securely packed and won't hinder your movement.
Remember these important points:
The path can be challenging, so wear sturdy footwear and be prepared for some uneven terrain.
The descent can be steep, so if you have mobility concerns, it's a good idea to assess whether the walk is suitable for you.
Make sure to check the tide times before you visit, as the tidal pool becomes inaccessible during high tide.
