The story of Explordd started from sharing my Google Places Lists from all around the world to all my friends. Now we have millions of locations worldwide and are becoming the best travel companion anyone could ask for! Helping them plan amazing trips and adventures around the world.

Being from Surrey, UK travelling around the little island is not common. I constantly got comments of people asking me where these locations were that i had travelled to.  The problem became even more evident once the UK travel scene exploded and on every travel video at least half of the comments were "Where is this?" "How do we get there?".  From these questions I knew it needed to change, because i had the same problem! The problems we were faced with....

1. Spending hours researching

2. Overcrowding of certain locations

3. Not truly experiencing what the area has

So I realised this needed to be an app, especially designed to allow travellers to find locations EASILY. Even though creating the app hasn't been 'easy', I am looking forward to helping grow the travelling scene and educate people on LEAVE NO TRACE.
